This is the paperwork you will need to fill out and either email or mail back to us. We will also need a photo of yourself, a copy of your driver's license, birth certificate, and a copy of your college transcript if you are elegible for our pageant because you go to school in our region. You will also need to write a ONE page essay about your platform including, what it is, what you have done with it and what you plan to do with it in the future. If you are competing in the Community Service competition we also need a ONE page essay on what you have done as far as Community Service and why it is important to you. We need these things as soon as possible.

Winner's go on to the Miss New York State Pageant with the Winner of that going on to the Miss America Pageant
Winner's will be required to be at the Speedway on race nights from May to September!
